How delivery works
Choose flowers or plants for someone you care about. Check the delivery area and window before choosing a gift.
Areas below show their geographic bounds. Availability is an estimate for that area; the exact address is checked before a shop is asked to confirm.
How delivery works
Before payment, a shop confirms the exact gift, price and delivery window. You then review that shop and approve one payment. If the shop cannot fulfil a paid order, recovery requires a void or refund, a new quote and your fresh approval and payment. The paid order cannot change shops. Refund handling depends on the order state and applicable terms.
